‘Pausing I’ is an abstract painting on heavy paper where only a major brushstroke was used. Loose paint and quick movement resulted in a dynamic abstract painting. I then added minimal black marks to add depth along with orange drips and drops as this color is the complimentary of blue. It creates energy in an artwork.
